Mark 4 Properties is a property management company based out of Olathe, Kansas. The owner, an old family friend, reached out to me to help finish their website and launch.
At the time, the company had been working with GoDaddy and their design services, but the project wasn’t moving fast enough and the build wasn’t where they wanted it to be.
I took over and started refining the design to better match what Mark 4 was looking for. The result was a clean, seamless user experience showcasing the company’s properties and services. This site was built in WordPress using the Beaver Builder plugin and some raw CSS here and there.
SEO
Keyword research and UX writing
To boost the company’s chances of being found online, I conducted keyword research and wrote optimized content throughout the site. Pairing this with verbiage provided by the Mark 4 team allowed the content to feel fluid and genuine while still being crawl-friendly for search engines.
ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS
Drawing the space
My previous work for Mark 4 Properties involved rendering the spaces they had renovated already and concepting ideas for spaces that were recently acquired.
The objective was to show the before/after effect of Mark 4’s buildout work and to give the buildout team some potential ideas when drafting a renovation plan.
