PURPOSE-DRIVEN DIGITAL COMMERCE

Sometimes, it's more than just selling a product

The goal was to create a branded shopping experience that not only highlighted the products but also conveyed the purpose behind their design. At the same time, the solution needed to be cost-effective and easy to maintain as the business scaled. Jewell Nursing Solutions required a digital overhaul as they expanded their focus to support both sides of the battle against bedsores and pressure wounds. A key component of this strategy was their sub-branded flagship product, the Bedsore Rescue cushion, which was marketed through both the parent brand’s WooCommerce store and a dedicated standalone site—each tailored to distinct audiences: B2C and B2B.

Our first step was an identity refresh. We redesigned the logo for Jewell Nursing Solutions and developed a new brand strategy along with an updated logo for its sub-brand, Bedsore Rescue. To streamline operations and reduce scaling costs, we consolidated both sites into a single platform while retaining WordPress and WooCommerce for maximum flexibility. Careful attention was given to rewriting content and integrating SEO objectives from both brands to maintain engagement across their diverse audience. The user experience was thoughtfully crafted to highlight the science behind their products and showcase Jewell Nursing Solutions’ extensive expertise in pressure wound prevention.
